Job Summary
Manager, HCC Risk Mgmt. Canada/LATAM responsible for regional healthcare compliance leadership as the Healthcare Compliance Officer for Canada and LATAM, providing end-to-end strategy and operational oversight, monitoring, third-party risk management, investigations, audits, and remediation; partners with regional stakeholders to embed controls into business processes and go-to-market models; requires a Bachelor's degree and 6–8 years of healthcare compliance experience; bilingual with English and Spanish (French preferred); travel up to 20–30%; roles located in Bogotá or Toronto; reports to Director, International Regional Offices and Risk Management COE.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6–8 years of progressive experience in healthcare compliance, risk management, legal, audit, or related fields
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and judgment skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working across multiple countries or regions, particularly Canada and/or Latin America
- Experience supporting commercial organizations in regulated environments
- Fluency in English and Spanish; French preferred
