Job Summary
Manager, HCC Risk Management – APAC based in Pune, leads regional healthcare compliance as the Healthcare Compliance Officer for APAC, partnering with regional Marketing, HEMA and Professional Education to integrate compliance into business decisions, identifying healthcare compliance risks, designing and implementing risk mitigation plans, providing guidance and training, monitoring regulatory developments, and supporting audits, investigations, and regulatory inquiries; reports to the Director, International Regional Offices & Risk Management COE.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Law, Business, Compliance, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field)
- Advanced degree or professional certification preferred
- 6–8 years of progressive experience in healthcare compliance, risk management, legal, audit, or related fields
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance regulations and risk management frameworks
- Experience supporting commercial organizations in regulated environments
- Preferred experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences
- Prior experience supporting APAC markets
- Familiarity with compliance monitoring, investigations, and remediation processes
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong change management and influencing capabilities
- Other Language: English required; additional APAC languages preferred
- Travel: Up to 25–30%, including international travel within Asia-Pacific
