Job Summary
H-2A Services Manager overseeing the department that prepares and files H-2A petitions, supervising a Senior Case Manager and 1–3 labor service coordinators, and interfacing with state and federal agencies. Responsibilities include forecasting and reporting for business growth, promoting H-2A services, maintaining case management systems, developing policies and manuals, ensuring program compliance, analyzing regulations, and providing leadership within the Legal Department. Role involves remote work up to two days per week with in-office attendance required the other three days, travel to U.S. locations for conferences up to 5%, and reporting to bring best practices for compliance and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field
- 2 years of experience in case management involving large volume of cases
- experience coordinating immigration cases and familiarity with U.S. immigration system
- practice completing and filing U.S. immigration forms and petitions
