Job Summary
Manager of GTM Recruiting to lead our Post-Sales and Marketing recruiting function. Own hiring strategy and execution for key teams, partnering with senior stakeholders to attract and close top talent in a post-acquisition environment. This is a pure people leadership role focused on coaching and developing a team of GTM Recruiters, driving pipeline quality, conversion, time-to-fill, and candidate experience, while maintaining consistency in interviews, calibration, and offer strategy across the function. Responsibilities include developing frameworks for evaluating candidates in leadership-level technical roles, collaborating with Recruiting Ops, and partnering with finance on headcount planning. The role requires 6+ years of GTM recruiting experience, 2+ years of management experience, and a track record of building high-performing recruiting teams. Bonus points for post-acquisition or org-integration experience; proficiency with Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar tooling.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of GTM recruiting experience in high-growth or venture-backed tech companies
- 2+ years of people management experience leading GTM recruiting teams
- Track record of developing recruiters: giving direct feedback, running 1:1s, and building high-performing teams
- Strong analytical instincts; comfortable reading pipeline data and translating it into action
- Experience as a strategic partner to senior leadership
- Ability to operate with autonomy and handle ambiguity in a fast-moving, evolving org
