Manager, GTM Recruiting

Manager of GTM Recruiting to lead the Post-Sales and Marketing recruiting function at Brex. You’ll own hiring strategy and execution for key teams, shape sourcing and assessment strategies, and govern pipeline health, interview quality, and candidate experience. This is a pure people-leadership role partnering with senior stakeholders to attract and close top talent in a competitive, post-acquisition environment. Responsibilities include coaching and developing a team of GTM recruiters, driving pipeline quality and time-to-fill metrics, creating evaluation frameworks for leadership-level technical roles, enabling recruiting processes, and collaborating on headcount planning and tooling. Location will be in New York, San Francisco, or Vancouver with Brex’s hybrid model (three in-office days per week plus up to four weeks remote per year). Desired experience includes 6+ years in GTM recruiting, 2+ years of people management, strategic partnering with senior leadership, and proficiency with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
