Job Summary
Lead a high-performing growth team to drive GrabFood demand and platform growth. Manage day-to-day coordination with Product, Marketing, Operations, Driver and Merchant teams, using data analysis (SQL, Tableau, Excel) to derive actionable insights such as promo optimization, churn analysis and customer segmentation, and translate them into improvements and new initiatives. Develop strategies to optimize promotions and delivery-fee structures, forecast and manage budgets for promos and other growth initiatives, and track P&L performance. Mentor and guide the team, provide feedback on daily work, and craft presentations to influence senior stakeholders to enable data-driven decision making and sustained demand growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in financial services, management consulting, platform business, or technology firms
- Experience mentoring and encouraging a high-performing team
- Proficient in Excel (Essential), Tableau and SQL
- Quantitative discipline with business sense and ability to translate analyses into business insights
- Proficient in Project management, problem-solving, presentation and communication skills
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written Thai and English
