Manager, Growth and Reporting
$130,000–$160,000 year
On-siteNew York, United States
Job Summary
Own client performance reporting by translating gap identification, closure results, and program value into executive-facing narratives for health plans and providers. Make reporting actionable at the practice level by identifying converting practices and building intervention cases with analytics and clinical functions. Support growth by identifying wallet-share expansion opportunities, including additional services and pathologies, and build the case for it with supporting materials. Work with the clinical team to understand clinical and economic pathways grounded in claims analysis or third-party studies, ensuring growth conversations carry clinical and economic weight. Build a consistent, scalable reporting framework including a stage-level funnel view, and uphold standards that no definitive claims about partner results appear without approval. In your first 90 days, take over the live reporting calendar without gaps, ship the standard package, stand up reporting for new clients, and deliver the first expansion business case.
