Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
- Minimum of 5 years leadership experience
- Bilingualism (French, English) required for frequent interactions across Canada and worldwide
- Knowledge of group insurance with disability focus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage stress and deliver difficult news tactfully
- Demonstrated ability to lead through change
- Ability to recruit and develop a high-performing team
- Strong client relationship management and collaboration with Plan Sponsors
- Ability to establish and deepen client relationships and ensure service standards
- Understanding of risk and compliance processes for disability programs
