Job Summary
Lead and manage IT programs and projects from preparation through execution and closure, adhering to DKSH Group IT Project Methodology. Track and control key project metrics including scope, timeline, cost, and quality to meet or exceed business expectations. Drive project delivery using Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, or Hybrid methodologies while preparing plans and obtaining necessary approvals. Lead cross-functional teams and vendor partners through project preparation, execution, and delivery, ensuring successful outcomes and smooth handovers. Identify, manage, and resolve project conflicts, issues, risks, and stakeholder expectations in a timely manner. Monitor schedules and budgets against approved plans, manage change requests through governance processes, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and extensive experience in IT project management within Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, or Hybrid environments
- Strong organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills with experience managing large-scale, complex projects across functions and geographies
- Bachelor's Degree in Computing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in IT Project Management or a similar role
Desired Qualifications
- Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum
- Demonstrated domain knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Finance, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), E-Commerce, Business Intelligence
- Experience delivering successful projects involving: SAP ECC, SAP Hybris, SAP BI, Salesforce.com, B2B2C platforms, E-commerce solutions, Data Lake initiatives, Enterprise system integrations, In-house software development projects
- In-depth expertise in at least one of the following domains: Finance & Controlling, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Sales & Distribution, B2B2C, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), User Experience (UX), Analytics
- Industry experience in healthcare, consumer goods, logistics, and distribution
