Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience

- Deep technical understanding of 3D visualization, rendering workflows, and production tools
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects through completion
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or similar certification preferred
