Manager, Graphic Design

Manager of Graphic Design for the Durham Bulls who will own the visual identity of the franchise. Lead development of annual creative themes and season-specific design assets, align creative direction with revenue and brand goals with senior leadership, and produce high-visibility work including season campaigns, promotional night graphics, presentations, decks, and brand identity materials. Coordinate with game presentation on in-game graphics, and with sponsorships on co-branded materials and sponsor graphics. Support community relations, marketing campaigns, and ticket-sales collateral; develop templated design systems for efficient on-brand digital content creation. Requires 2–4 years in sports/entertainment/agency environments and mastery of Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; strong portfolio across brand identity, print, digital, and social media; ability to manage a production calendar across multiple projects.
