Job Summary
Lead grant acquisition efforts and manage post-award project administration, ensuring compliance with UnityPlace grants. Conduct ongoing monitoring of grant contracts, deliverables, and financial reporting while coordinating with the CFO on budget adherence. Independently research funding sources, manage application requirements across internal and external partners, and lead strategic business planning initiatives. Provide subject matter expertise to project directors, oversee team operations, and develop policies to centralize grants management. Build partnerships with community and funding organizations while supporting audit processes and training new staff on reporting requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree: Business Administration, Health Administration, related field
- Grant management
- Use of usual and customary equipment used to perform essential functions of the position
- Writes, reads, comprehends and speaks fluent English
- Basic computer knowledge using word processing, spreadsheet, email, and web browser
- Knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work through considerable interruptions
- Relate to others at a professional level with tact, diplomacy, and judgement
- Work authorization (implied by E-Verify reference and Form I-9 mention)
