Job Summary
Leads Compliance and Evaluation of Grant Contracts; manages Grant Application Development and Grant Implementation Projects; builds internal and external partnerships; and supervises the UnityPlace grants team. Drives on-time, compliant deliverables across financial, performance, and programmatic reports; coordinates with the CFO on budgets and funding limits; supports grant audits; conducts grant research to identify funding opportunities; engages with senior leadership for opportunity vetting and strategic planning; and provides training on grants management and reporting requirements to project directors, managers, and coordinators.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field
- Grant management experience
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy
