Job Summary
Manage ongoing client relationships and resolve specific pricing issues for pharmaceutical companies. Calculate and file appropriate prices for federal drug programs including BP, AMP, ASP, PHS/340B, NFAMP, FCP/FSS, IFF, and URA. Review and approve all client billings while handling complex concepts such as bundles, discount reallocation, pro-ration, and smoothing. Lead client price calculation and restatement efforts, oversee source data reconciliation, and maintain valid customer Class of Trades assignments. Mentor government program analysts and provide business guidance on the life sciences commercial and regulatory landscape. Ensure 340B/PHS prices are calculated and maintained per federal regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or other applicable business experience
- 8+ years' experience working in the pharmaceutical industry working with state and federal pricing, reporting, and rebate programs
- Experience in working in mandated deadline environment
- Ability to prioritize
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High accuracy rate and attention to detail
- Ability to produce client-ready deliverables to a high-level executive/professional client base
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of advance Excel techniques such as pivot tables and data importing
- Experience in and ability to learn standard industry systems environment
- Able to manage multiple and competing tasks across functional areas
- Experience achieving and maintaining compliance with all applicable regulatory, legal, and operational rules and procedures
