Job Summary
Advise organizations on internal control, risk management, and the setup of compliance and internal audit functions within the second and third lines. Guide team members in their professional development while actively building a strong network within KPMG and beyond to maintain relationships with key public sector stakeholders. Identify commercial opportunities and proactively initiate new assignments by leveraging sector knowledge and client needs. This Manager role focuses on making public organizations more resilient through targeted advisory work. The GRCS team, comprising approximately 75 colleagues, collaborates on projects with ministries, executive agencies, and local governments.
Required Qualifications
- Afgeronde universitaire opleiding, bij voorkeur in accountancy, bedrijfskunde, economie of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied.
- In bezit van een RA, RO of RE titel of bereid bent deze opleiding te volgen.
- Ervaring met compliance vraagstukken, internal control, risicomanagement en/of internal audit.
- Kennis over Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOx) en een achtergrond in de publieke sector.
- Leiderschapskwaliteiten: je weet teams te inspireren en collega's te begeleiden in hun ontwikkeling.
- C1-niveau beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
