Job Summary
The Manager - Global Travel Sourcing is responsible for sourcing air, ground transportation, and hotel services by leading negotiations, supplier management, and cost-optimization strategies across all brands. This role involves collaborating with brand teams to align sourcing decisions with enterprise objectives, leveraging advanced analytics to inform sourcing strategies, and managing supplier relationships while ensuring compliance with procurement policies. The candidate should possess strong commercial acumen, analytical abilities, and experience with securing competitive pricing and flexible terms in global contract negotiations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, Analytics, Hospitality, or related discipline.
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in the aviation, travel, or mobility sectors.
- Proven expertise in global contract negotiation and supplier management.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in strategic sourcing, corporate travel, or cruise industry operations is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel RFP platforms, duty-of-care standards, and third-party ground transportation compliance requirements is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required, with advanced expertise in Excel and Power BI.
- Ability to work with travel-industry systems such as GDS platforms (Sabre/Amadeus), hotel RFP technologies, and mobility/vendor management tools is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with enterprise procurement, contracting, and data-governance systems (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, Oracle, or similar) is a plus.
