Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team of engineers through regular 1:1s, feedback, and career conversations while building an inclusive, high-trust environment. Balance hands-on technical leadership with design, code quality, testing, and automation, actively participating in reviews and contributing to code where it supports delivery and learning. Partner with Technical Product Managers to ensure realistic backlogs, remove blockers, and manage workload using pragmatic agile practices. Reinforce engineering standards across security, reliability, and operational support while reducing key-person dependency through documentation and cross-training. Modernize workflows by supporting responsible AI-assisted development tools that improve productivity and code quality.
