Job Summary
Assist in implementing group-wide strategic initiatives and perform financial and commercial analysis to guide business decisions. Drive, assist, and support the management and tracking of project achievements, defining, planning, and governing pivotal initiatives while facilitating cross-functional teams for alignment. Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for senior leaders, identifying risks and delivering initiatives on time, within budget, and to required performance metrics. Provide regular updates to executive leadership on progress and status. Requires 5+ years in consulting, corporate transformations, or corporate finance with strong program management experience. Full-time role in Sydney, Australia, with a salary range of $84,000 - $156,000. No visa sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, corporate transformations, corporate finance, or similar analytical roles with emphasis on Program Management
- Strong academic background (degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, economics, or a related field)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Critical decision-making and judgment capabilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to engage with team members at all levels
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn with a low-ego, team-oriented approach
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize actions
- Deep experience in program management, including managing complex program delivery with cross-functional teams
- Experience in developing and implementing processes, tools, and templates
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
