Job Summary
Manager will lead Global Service Delivery Operations for Procure-to-Pay, oversee tail spend and PR/PO operational support, supplier onboarding, catalog management, receiving issues, and invoice reconciliation; establish and monitor KPIs, governance, and audit readiness; drive process improvements, automation/AI enablement, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Compliance, IT, and procurement leadership; serve as P2P Operations SME and oversee escalation management, SOPs, documentation, and transition activities across sites, regions, and suppliers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Typically 8+ years of experience in procurement operations, Procure-to-Pay, shared services, business operations, finance operations, or supply chain operations.
- Prior people management experience, preferably leading P2P, procurement operations, transactional procurement, shared services, or service delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of P2P processes, including requisitioning, purchase orders, supplier onboarding, catalog management, receiving, invoice reconciliation, and procurement controls.
