Job Summary
Manager, Global Retail Technology Enablement leads the in-store/omni-channel technology strategy and execution for POS, RFID, and related systems to improve inventory visibility and customer experience, while establishing scalable global standards and policies. Collaborates with Digital, Retail Technology, Retail Operations, Finance, and International teams; defines roadmaps, governance, and cross-functional requirements; drives KPI/ROI analyses, change management, and global rollout strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4–7+ years of experience in HQ retail operations and/or a retail leadership role with strong operations focus
- Experience contributing to technology roadmaps or large-scale system implementations
- Strong working knowledge of POS systems, RFID, inventory management platforms, and omni-channel fulfillment models
- Experience developing retail policies and operational standards
- Proven ability to translate operational needs into clear business requirements
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to inform strategy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including building executive-ready materials
- Ability to travel to stores as needed
