Job Summary
Manager, Global Networks & Alliances to own and grow relationships with U.S.-focused, mid-market alliances and emerging global networks. This hands-on, individual-contributor role drives adoption, expansion, and retention across smaller member-based networks, translating high-level alliance goals into practical, revenue-generating actions with Sales, Product, Channel, and Customer Success teams. You will source and qualify new opportunities within alliance ecosystems, lead or support RFPs/RFIs, activate dormant firms, maintain a healthy pipeline, and pursue expansion through product adoption, cross-selling, and upselling within existing accounts. Strong executive communication, ability to influence across decentralized organizations, and willingness to travel (~30%) are required. 3–6+ years of experience in business development, account management, alliances, or related roles are expected, with familiarity in professional services firms and member-based networks highly valued. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) is preferred, along with awareness of emerging AI trends.
