Job Summary
Immigration Manager is responsible for managing corporate immigration services for a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with applicable immigration and employment laws, and delivering high-quality, client-focused solutions. Responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong client relationships, managing end-to-end immigration case processing, handling complex or escalated cases, ensuring regulatory compliance, monitoring regulatory developments, managing, coaching, and mentoring junior team members, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support client needs, identifying risks and providing practical solutions, and supporting training, knowledge sharing, and process improvements within the team. Skills & experience include strong knowledge of corporate immigration processes and legislation, experience managing complex immigration cases, understanding of global mobility frameworks, experience in immigration, legal, or global mobility environments, demonstrated experience managing client relationships, prior people management or supervisory experience, and excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate immigration, global mobility, legal, or immigration advisory services
