Job Summary
Senior Manager Global Mobility owning complex international relocation and assignment activities, advising on immigration, taxation, social security, benefits, and relocation support; manage the full lifecycle of international assignments including immigration and tax arrangements, relocation and settling-in support, schooling and partner assistance, and ensuring timely instructions to payroll; collaborate with HR Directors, Recruitment, Finance, Local HR, and shared services to deliver a smooth, high-quality relocation experience; manage a portfolio of cases and vendors and contribute to the continuous development of the global mobility framework; role offers autonomy under the Head of Total Rewards & Global Mobility Services with a hybrid work model (partly from home) in the Netherlands.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Law, Economics, Business Administration, or a similar discipline; senior mobility experience in an in-house Global Mobility environment
