Job Summary
Lead the Global Investigator Grants Team by managing budget development, maintenance, and finalization for clinical trials across LATAM. Oversee grant administration functions including investigator payment processing, advance balance reconciliations, and global reporting for month-end close. Guide Project Directors on Clinical Trial Agreement financial sections and site payment workbook population to ensure accurate visit tracking. Manage Sunshine Act Reporting and client reporting while facilitating timely payments per agreement terms. Participate in internal and client calls and Quarterly Business Reviews as required. No routine travel is expected; occasional domestic or international travel may be needed. Fluency in English and the local language of the assigned country is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance and/or equivalent in a similar field
- Minimum of 5 years of Clinical Research experience or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role
- No routine travel is expected for this position; however, occasional travel domestically or internationally may be required
- Experience with clinical trial payment process, internationally
- Experience with clinical trial agreements and site budgets
- Strong understanding of the study start-up process
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to drive and meet critical deadlines
- Fluency in English and for non-English speaking countries the local language of country where position based

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong working knowledge of the grant administration and site contracting process on a global basis with the ability to thrive in a matrix environment
