Job Summary
Lead and shape Barbie’s global franchise marketing strategy and planning, partnering with Consumer Products, regional teams, and licensees to develop and execute cross-functional campaigns, tentpoles, and omnichannel programs that maximize brand narratives and growth across franchises. Drive licensing strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and presentation materials for internal and external partners, with a focus on Gen Z and global expansion.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in brand, franchise, or integrated marketing
- Proven expertise in franchise strategy, integrated marketing, and brand management
- Experience managing a Gen Z-focused brand or franchise strongly preferred
- International business and global marketing experience required
- Excellent presentation, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal partners and external licensees and stakeholders
- High proficiency in project management, stakeholder management, and prioritization
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strategic focus
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead collaborative, cross-functional teams, and drive execution of cross-touchpoint programs
