Manage supplier, CM, and final product cut-ins by defining implementation readiness gates and aligning inventory disposition with cut-in timing. Integrate Engineering, Configuration Management, Supply Chain, and Quality functions to translate engineering outputs into supplier-ready packages, while establishing KPIs for cycle time, quality, and traceability. Build dashboards for leadership visibility and lead root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement initiatives within Fluence's global energy storage and optimization software solutions.
