Manager, Global CPG Business Systems

Responsible for acting as the Global Clinical Payments Business System Owner, overseeing design, deployment, training, communications, and management of Clin2Pay and related applications. Drives compliant system solutions, streamlines processes, and ensures data integrity for accurate reporting, KPIs and metrics. Develops end-user training materials, guides governance of data and dashboards (Power BI), and coordinates with BTS, R&D Procurement, Clinical Development Operations, and affiliates for successful implementation. Builds multi-year plans with AI-enabled components, ensures policy compliance, and coaches the team on process improvements and data integrity best practices. Requires strong project management, stakeholder management, and experience with Salesforce and financial reporting tools; MBA preferred.
