Job Summary
Manager, Global Compliance supports Marriott’s global ethics, compliance, and whistleblower programs, focusing on the Global Ethics Case Management System (GECMS) operations, triage, case assignment workflows, and risk rating standards. The role partners with Legal, Internal Audit, Continent Leadership, Human Resources, and other stakeholders; enhances case governance, investigations administration, and process optimization; maintains data quality and access controls; delivers analytics and reporting to senior leaders; and supports ESG/regulatory compliance initiatives. Ideal candidate demonstrates strong judgment, analytical capability, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration, with exposure to senior stakeholders and global operations. Location: Bethesda, MD, with a flexible hybrid schedule (3 days/week in office). Education: Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Business, Law, Finance, Accounting, Public Policy, Criminal Justice, or related disciplines. Experience: 3+ years in compliance, internal audit, legal operations, investigations, risk management, or related fields; consulting experience preferred. Skills: problem-solving, curiosity, effective communication, organizational skills, initiative, data-driven decision-making, and ability to work across teams. This role is a full-time, senior-level management position within Marriott International.”,
