Job Summary
Lead cross-functional operational initiatives to align and optimize a growing global business footprint. Build reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks to support executive leadership; analyze deal, financial, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities; develop SOPs and operational guidelines; maintain consistency across departments through project tracking and reviews; collaborate with Finance, Technology, Legal, People, and other stakeholders to drive enterprise initiatives; mentor junior team members and foster strong operational discipline across the team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in operations, business intelligence/analytics, strategy, consulting, or related roles
- Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Sigma, or similar platforms
- Working knowledge of SQL and Python (experience preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
