Job Summary
Lead global brand and communications strategy for Abbott's Electrophysiology (EP) business, owning messaging frameworks and end-to-end asset creation across omnichannel campaigns. Drive integrated campaigns in collaboration with product marketing, regional teams, and external partners; set strategy and execute tactically while balancing long-term vision with day-to-day delivery. Manage timelines and budgets, act as brand steward, coach and develop a high-performing team, and collaborate across geographies. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of marketing experience in brand and channel marketing, with willingness to travel up to 25%. The role is based in Austin, TX, USA.
Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of marketing experience
- Strong foundation in brand and channel marketing
- Proven ability to develop and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns
- Experience in communications strategy including messaging, content development, and asset lifecycle management
- Excellent project management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Experience managing and developing teams
- Digital marketing expertise (SEO, SEM, social, and digital channels) is a plus
- Healthcare or medical device experience preferred but not required
