Job Summary
Manager – Global Affluent and Benefits oversees Visa’s product benefit partnerships globally, focusing on relationship management and go-to-market support.Responsibilities include managing on-boarded partnerships, contract management, activation strategies, test and control plans to maximize partner potential, developing competitive premium products and customized engagement opportunities, creating program performance dashboards, and collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Sourcing, Legal). The role requires cross-functional engagement, budget tracking/forecasting, and is a hybrid position with office days to be confirmed by the Hiring Manager. Travel 5-10%.
Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree
- or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
- Experience in payments, product management, marketing, account management, business development, or card benefits
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Hybrid work arrangement with office expectations in San Francisco, Foster City, or Austin
- Ability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Sourcing, and Legal
- Budgeting, finance coordination (POs, invoices)
- Travel 5-10%
