Job Summary
Conduct accurate month-end close activities, accounts reconciliations, and corporate reporting submissions for Domestic and International Home Entertainment segments. Perform detailed variance analyses, validate assumptions for key reserves, and prepare cash flow reconciliations. Review and provide feedback on Capgemini accounting activities, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. Support finance transformation initiatives, including process enhancements, automation projects, and User Acceptance Tests. Work the night shift to accommodate U.S. business hours and collaborate effectively across global teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or business
- CPA or CPA Candidate
- Typically 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting, financial reporting, or financial analysis
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting processes, and SAP/BW reporting tools
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Appropriate immigration permission needed to work and reside in the Philippines for the duration of the employment
- Ability to work the night shift to accommodate U.S. business hours (approximately 12am to 9am Manila Time)
