Job Summary
Manager, Global Account Management located on-site in Plano, TX, responsible for acting as a trusted advisor to clients, developing and maintaining client partnerships, and enhancing the client experience. Collaborates with the Director, Global Account Management to upsell and manage projects, support client implementations, and deliver client reviews and governance. Works with client teams to resolve relocation and service issues, drive client profitability and revenue growth, educate internal teams on client policies, oversee VIP moves, and produce and distribute client reporting. Requires 3-5 years of CRM experience and a Bachelor's degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of equivalent customer relationship management work experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in global mobility or similar customer service roles with a focus on client relationships
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills
- Proficient with productivity and reporting applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
