Maximize EBITDA by increasing all potential income sources while controlling expenses within Procure to Pay parameters and managing net profit programs for redistribution, parking services, and waste handling. Develop and implement a comprehensive Strategic Business Plan addressing center objectives, then oversee the local tenant leasing process from lead generation to opening. Actively support leasing representatives in executing the center's strategy while professionally representing the company to existing and prospective tenants. Proactively respond to tenant issues, conduct meetings to promote marketing and security, and work with permit agencies to overcome construction delays. Establish customized safety programs and emergency management plans, support marketing execution to enhance sales and shopper engagement, and maintain exceptional visual presentation standards. Develop and retain a highly skilled team through appropriate training and tools to maximize performance and adhere to company policies.
