Job Summary
Lead a high-performing supply planning team across a network of factories to ensure feasible, accurate plans that meet service, inventory, and cost targets. Own weekly and daily planning cadences for the in-scope portfolio, align supply with demand and capacity, drive resolution of shortages and constraints, and lead scenario planning and trade-off decisions. Collaborate with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, and Procurement to implement global supply planning strategies, drive cross-functional governance and KPI reviews, and advance process excellence using Lean/CI frameworks. Develop team capability through coaching, standards, and development, and ensure planning processes and digital tools are adopted consistently to support reliable service levels and operational efficiency across plants, co-packers, and distribution nodes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or related field
- 5+ Years Supply Chain experience preferably within FMCG
- Strong knowledge of S&OP and Supply Planning principles
- Proficiency in Supply Chain Planning software & tools (OMP, Kinaxis, O9 or SAP APO)
- Lean / continuous improvement training
