Job Summary
Create the fun and vibe for Hub City Spartanburgers games by planning in-game entertainment, mascots, music, on-field promotions, and giveaways. Build, train, and motivate the Burger Bunch entertainment team while managing live shows at Fifth Third Park. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and corporate partners to develop theme nights, secure sponsors, and execute promotional calendars that drive ticket sales and attendance. Manage budgets for activations, coordinate with vendors for supplies, and oversee logistics for celebrity appearances and drone shows. Proactively research industry trends and ensure all scripts and event elements meet team and sponsor goals.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience producing/directing live shows or sporting events
- Ability to lead, direct and motivate different personalities and people
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work on short notice
- Ability and willingness to work varied and long hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent interpersonal skills - must work well with others at all levels of organization
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with baseball preferred
