Job Summary
Create the fun and build the vibe at Fifth Third Park by planning and executing in-game entertainment, including mascots, music, on-field promotions, and giveaways. Manage live entertainment at the stadium and lead a team of entertainers, emcees, and the Burger Bunch to execute the show. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and corporate partners to develop theme nights, secure sponsors, and coordinate logistics for celebrity appearances and special events. Build and maintain budgets for activations while overseeing promotional calendars and vendor relationships to drive ticket sales and attendance. Proactively research industry trends and ensure all scripts and event elements meet team and sponsor goals.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience producing/directing live shows or sporting events
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lead, direct and motivate different personalities and people
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work on short notice
- Ability and willingness to work varied and long hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent interpersonal skills - must work well with others at all levels of organization
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
Desired Qualifications

- Familiarity with baseball preferred
