Job Summary
Identify emerging industry and regulatory needs and recommend product or service development projects aligned with corporate strategy. Develop business cases for new initiatives, manage budgets, and drive organizational change while supervising direct reports. Execute technical development, approve deliverables, and monitor projects for timely delivery within budget. Communicate competitor intelligence and the best use of new technologies to internal and external stakeholders. Evaluate direct report performance and provide feedback to senior leadership. Requires 10+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science, and a Canadian engineering license. Reports to a Director or Executive-level position.

- Bachelor's degree or recognized equivalent in Engineering or Science
- In Canada, a Canadian engineering license

- Practical experience and knowledge in marine & offshore industry technologies
- Practical experience and knowledge in client relationships
- Advanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office applications and web-based services
- Working knowledge of the ABS Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental Management System
