Job Summary
Coordinate with external fund administrators for capital calls, NAVs, investor statements, and distributions. Maintain comprehensive fund accounting records, general ledgers, and internal dashboards including IRR, DPI, and TVPI. Ensure timely compliance with SEBI reporting, tax filings, and regulatory circulars. Lead the audit process and manage vendor payments, P&L, and cash flows. Manage end-to-end investor communication, including quarterly updates, onboarding, and engagement events. Serve as the first point of contact for investor queries and support fundraising due diligence. Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA Finance
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in fund administration and finance via venture capital, private equity, or another relevant industry
- Deep understanding of SEBI AIF regulations, fund accounting, investor reporting, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management abilities
