Job Summary
Lead the engagement team on the planning and execution of audit, review, or compilation engagements for real estate, technology, and financial services clients. Oversee day-to-day operations including staffing, risk assessment, financial reporting, and conclusion while managing multiple concurrent engagements to meet client deadlines. Provide supervision and support to staff, seniors, and supervisors, collaborate with partners on issue resolution, and create engagement budgets to track inefficiencies. Conduct constructive discussions regarding team evaluations and counsel accordingly.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Masters
- CPA
- At least 7-10 years of public accounting experience
- Experience leading multiple engagements
- Experience supervising staff
- Experience auditing real estate clients
- Experience auditing technology clients
- Experience auditing financial services clients
