Job Summary
Manage recruitment productivity for hourly production roles across the Business Unit by establishing baseline goals, measuring Return on Investment (ROI), and guiding the Unit Recruitment team to meet targets. Act as the functional point of contact for staffing vendors, including permanent and contingent agencies, while developing best practices to attract internal and external talent. Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and meeting with business and HR leaders to define job descriptions. Conduct research to build applicant sources by contacting colleges, agencies, and media sites, and maintain compliance with national and local employment laws through team coaching and training. Collect and analyze data to refine strategy, ensure weekly and monthly reports are completed accurately, and support the deployment of the Company's employment branding strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree from four year college or university
- Minimum seven years of progressively responsible experience in recruiting related role(s)
- Minimum two years experience leading and managing teams
- Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal employment law

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good listener
- Ability to travel up to an additional 10% of time
