Job Summary
Oversees all Front of House operations including Doorman, Bellman, Bell Captain, Concierge, Guest Relations, Front Desk, and related roles; directs and implements a service/management philosophy to staff, ensures guest acknowledgment and personalized stays, manages day-to-day operations, staffing, guest issue resolution, and revenue-related goals; maintains knowledge of property features and promotions, coaches and develops team, enforces policies and standards, coordinates with Housekeeping, and supports HR activities such as interviewing and training to drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area
- OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major; 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area
