Job Summary
The Manager - Fraud position involves leading and managing fraud-related projects within the Financial Crime Compliance team. Key responsibilities include conducting analyses on clients' policies and controls, identifying issues, providing recommendations, leading client communications, and overseeing junior team members. Candidates should have extensive experience in fraud risk management, specifically in financial services, knowledge of fraud regulations, and familiarity with fraud detection technologies. Collaboration on business development initiatives and coaching team members is also required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of previous experience in fraud risk management, ideally from the financial services sector
- Experience with fraud policies and procedures drafting and review
- Experience undertaking fraud risk assessments
- Sound knowledge of international regulations in the area of fraud
- Excellent English language skills
- Business analysis and requirements definition knowledge/project management experience
- Ability to build relationships and be a trusted advisor for clients
- Willingness to travel and work internationally
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with key fraud technology solutions
- Experience in cyber threats/risk management
