Franchise Business Partner to lead coaching and strategic support for assigned franchisees; drive QSC, customer experience, and sales/cash flow improvements; develop structured growth plans; conduct Business Reviews and Systems Excellence visits; coach Owner/Operators using data-driven insights and best practices across finance, marketing, and operations; collaborate with Field Leadership Teams, Suppliers, and Functional Partners to deliver outstanding performance and protect McDonald’s brand.
