Job Summary
Lead planning, organizing, developing, and implementation of department initiatives in organization development and performance with a strong focus on data analytics, program metrics, and reporting utilizing Quality Improvement methods. Set the tone for positive leadership behavior while ensuring successful completion of tasks, projects, and responsibilities supporting departmental and organizational goals. Manage program data and reporting including data submission, problem analysis using QI methods, and physician incentives within a healthcare setting. Requires a bachelor's degree in healthcare or business administration and three to five years of program management experience. Must be a Florida resident working a hybrid schedule with daily on-site availability at the Centralized Access Center.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business administration, or related field
- Three (3) to five (5) years of program management experience
- Experience with a strong focus in Clinical Data
- Experience with Metrics
- Experience with SMART Metrics
- Experience with Physician Incentives
- Experience with Program Data and Reporting
- Experience with data submission
- Problem Analysis using QI Methods
- Experience preferably within a healthcare or physician office setting
- Must be FL resident
- Must be able to work on-site daily as needed
- Background screening through The Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
