Manager - FP&A - Reporting & Consolidation

Job Summary
Lead the corporate month-end financial consolidation and close reporting cadence, coordinating deliverables across all business units to ensure timely, accurate enterprise results. Develop and validate financial bridges, perform detailed variance and volume, mix, and price analysis, and prepare cost-out reporting to quantify operational drivers. Manage the 18-month rolling forecast process, interpret financial models, and establish standardized KPIs and reporting methodologies. Deliver executive-level insights on profitability, synergies, and strategic initiatives while partnering with Operations, Commercial, and Supply Chain leadership to drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes and decision support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, or Controlling within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing cost accounting, standard costing, productivity measurement, and operational finance
- Demonstrated experience with corporate consolidations, rolling forecasts, financial modeling, and executive reporting
- Experience with ERP systems and enterprise planning tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, financial modeling, and detail-oriented skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight reporting deadlines in a fast-paced global organization
- Must be able to stand, walk; use hands/fingers to type, hold, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Must be available for travel to other locations, training or for other business needs
Desired Qualifications
- MBA and/or CPA/CMA preferred
- Packaging industry experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI preferred
