Job Summary
Lead HQ Flash, Actuals Review, and Forecast processes monthly while managing NOPBT, CoC, Task & Reserve, and Opex submissions. Drive cost planning, true-ups, roll-ups, and Annual Operating Plan submissions, performing detailed variance reviews and ERC deep-dives to identify performance drivers. Oversee AMESA-APAC cost-sharing, zero-out activities, and HFM governance, including template ownership and Cloud migration support. Prepare leadership reporting for FLT, POR, and CEO communications while validating financial data and identifying risks. Coordinate end-to-end AOP cycles and support business units in target setting and planning reviews. Support strategic initiatives, automation projects, and ad hoc requests to enhance reporting capabilities and simplify planning processes.
Required Qualifications
- 7-9 years of experience in finance and planning with strong business knowledge
- Bachelor's/master's degree in commerce/business administration/economics with a high level of Finance & Accounting Experience
- Strong understanding of business processes
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in both Management reporting and planning processes
- Experience working in the FMCG sector
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficiency in the English language
