Job Summary

FP&A Manager for the Americas based in Toronto, hybrid work model (minimum 4 days per week in the corporate office). Support the Head of FP&A – Americas in budgeting, forecasting, and performance insights across Northland’s Americas operating assets and development projects. Maintain and update financial models, perform variance analysis and scenario modeling, and prepare monthly/quarterly reporting packages, dashboards, and KPIs. Collaborate with Operations, Asset Management, and Development teams to keep asset forecasts current; enhance FP&A tools and reporting systems (notably Excel-based models and Power BI) to enable data-driven decision-making. Required/desired: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; CPA/CFA or equivalent designation; 4+ years in FP&A or related disciplines; strong Excel and Power BI skills; experience with public-company context preferred. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or a related field
  • CPA, CFA or other advanced designation
  • 4+ years of experience in FP&A, capital markets, investment banking, equity research, or corporate development
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Power BI experience is an asset
  • Experience with financial planning platforms (Workday Adaptive, or others)
  • Experience working with a public company and/or public market investors
