Job Summary
Manager, FP&A role responsible for leading international market performance analysis (P&L, market stats, KPIs) and international title all-rights reporting (theatrical, TV distribution, digital). Develop and maintain financial models used for title greenlights and pre-release/opening reports, and title P&Ls. Present title and ad-hoc financials to UPI senior management and Film Finance leadership; support title budget planning and coordination across teams; assist head office marketing cost tracking (system uploads, reconciliations). Collaborate with various business units and international teams to ensure reporting accuracy, adapt to ad-hoc projects, enhance Excel models, and create PowerPoint dashboards and management reports for business leaders. Requires BS/BA in Finance/Accounting/Economics, advanced Excel skills; ability to work extended hours and travel; strong communication, analytical, and cross-cultural capabilities; media/entertainment experience preferred. Hybrid work arrangement with minimum four days in the office.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- Advanced knowledge of Excel including formulas, pivot tables and advanced spreadsheets
