Job Summary
Manager, FP&A overseeing planning and execution of software and applications; manage internal team and liaise with external suppliers to identify and deploy software/app solutions aligned with business goals; support regional/global software/app strategies; contribute to financial planning and controls for software/applications at regional/global levels; collaborate with management on requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments; explore opportunities for scale and cost savings; ensure service levels and KPI targets are met; extensive experience in FP&A, project management, and applying data-visualization tools to inform decision-making; hands-on with Tableau/Alteryx/Power BI; strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration; English proficiency; Mondelēz International values and locations in North America including East Hanover, USA, with Canadian offices in Toronto and Montreal; role based in Santa Fé, Mexico.
Required Qualifications
- Several years of working experience in FP&A and deep knowledge of processes
- Experience with artificial intelligence and visualization technologies (Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI welcomed)
- Strong influencing skills and excellent communications skills
- Ability to act as consultant, partnering with business in implementation transformation initiatives
- Project Management experience with budgets, resources, schedules and quality
- General technical background with understanding of integration and how different applications talk to each other
- English advanced
